Dr. Okoro has played a pivotal role in strengthening M&E systems across various health programs, ensuring data-driven insights are leveraged to improve health outcomes.

Dr. Okoro's academic credentials include a Medical degree, a Master of Public Health in Field Epidemiology, a Master of Science in Health Economics and Pharmacoeconomics, and a Master of Science in Data Science. He has further honed his expertise with certifications in deep learning and programming for data science. His technical skills encompass proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBi, Stata, Tableau, Lives Saved Tool, Python, and SQL.
